Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze


Set oven to 400 degrees.

4 salmon filets
Butter/oil  a baking dish that just fits the salmon.
Place salmon in dish skin side down.

Mix together in a small bowl:
3 Tablespoons brown sugar, packed
3 Tablespoons orange juice
3 Tablespoons soy sauce

Pour over the salmon and bake for 8-10  minutes.

Delicious served with potatoes or wild rice.
